At 2.4" x 20" these are great casings for making medium diameter summer sausages in longer lengths. It has a 2.5 lb capacity, is mahogany in color, prestruck, tied at one end and has a 2.4" diameter. Being prestuck allows the casing to conform to the meat as tight as possible. To prepare you have to soak them for 30 minutes in 90° - 100° water so they are pliable enough to stuff.
